Panties, actually quite good, with a high waist. However, the waistband cuts in so that you can see them, and I got the right size. You can't see the edges of the buttocks under clothing. I used the size chart as a guide for the size.

Seat comfortable, but I see no effect. Should have ordered these pants a size smaller. But I was concerned that it might be too narrow at the leg opening. I was a bit above 'M' in terms of mass....
