Product usage: Apply liberally 15 minutes before exposure to sunlight. Reapply immediately after swimming or sweating for 80 minutes, toweling off, and at least every two hours. For infants under 6 months of age, consult a doctor before use. How to protect against UV rays: Regularly use sunscreen with a broad spectrum SPF 15 or higher. Other ways to protect yourself from UV rays include: Avoid outdoor activities during the day, especially between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. Wear a long-sleeved shirt, long pants, a hat, and sunglasses.
