There was no chain. Instead, 2 pairs of ear studs and a friendly written note as a gift. It can happen, we are all human. Joom refunded the purchase price. NO CHAIN WAS INCLUDED... the purchase price was refunded! ONLY the earrings had been sent, which were nice though. I hope that answers the customer's question as to why there was only one star.
