So this is the second necklace I have ordered from these people and am sorry to say that although the quality and style are good I am afraid their perception of size sucks big time , twice I have ordered a 20" chain and twice I have received a 27" chain , first time could have been a mistake but twice is stupidity , will not wear due to not wanting to look like a 90 year old woman .

The necklace looks really nice , quality is great , the only problem is I ordered a 20 inch necklace and received a necklace that measures 27 inches , tried it on and it looks like it would suit an old lady so am very disappointed .

Very happy with the product that I received. I was just a little disappointed with the amount of time it took. I ordered it in the beginning of November hoping to receive it for Christmas but I didn't receive it until January.
