How to use the product: Important: Please check the proper usage instructions. For adults and children over 6 years old: Use twice a day after brushing teeth with toothpaste. Open the lid. Pour 10ml into the lid (the inside of the lid up to the 10ml mark). Do not fill beyond the 10ml mark. Gargle 10ml of mouthwash for 1 minute and spit it out. Do not swallow mouthwash. Do not eat or drink for 30 minutes after rinsing your mouth. Children under 12 years of age. Instruct children in the correct method (to minimize swallowing). Supervise children as often as needed until they are able to use it properly on their own. Children under 6 years of age: Consult a dentist or physician.
