[How to use]
(1) Apply this product from the tip of the eyebrow to the tip of the eyebrow so that the hairs stand on end.
(2) Apply from the top of the eyebrow to the tip of the eyebrow to adjust hair flow.
We recommend using pencil kit → main product → powder → eyebrow mascara in that order (choose the items you use together!).
