1, Carbon Handlebar MTB Diameter: 25.4mm; Rod End Diameter: 22.2mm; Appearance: 3K Glossy/3K Matte, Size: 440/460/480/500/520/540/560/580/600/620/640/660/680/700mm, Riser Back Sweep: 8°, Riser Up Sweep: 3°, riser rise: 18 mm, flat back sweep: 5°, flat up sweep: 0°
2, Made of carbon fiber, carbon fiber compared to aluminum alloy: Lighter. It looks much better. Colors become brighter. Excellent compressive strength. Impact resistant. It has the right amount of elasticity and improves the class of your bike in minutes. The 25.4mm carbon fiber handlebar is extremely light, stiff, and vibrates more pleasantly than aluminum alloy bars at speed.
3. Install the product correctly and follow the specified tightening torque (4Nm). We recommend using a hex wrench to tighten the screws. Since it is made of carbon, we recommend tightening it by hand to support the body. Strong tension can cause cracks.
4.The torque value of carbon handlebar is 4Nm, and the maximum torque is 5Nm. Just tighten the handlebars gradually and alternately. Tighten until the flat handlebars no longer move, then tighten just a little. Carbon fiber assembly paste can also be applied to MTB handlebars to ensure a secure fit with little risk of slipping.
5. Choose your size: Mountain handlebar width doesn't really correlate to wheel size, but depends on your riding style and the type of terrain you typically ride. Feels like an enduro bike. In general, cross-country riders prefer short handlebars, while enduro and downhill riders prefer very wide handlebars.

Installation notes:
1. If you are installing a carbon fiber MTB handlebar, please make sure the stem diameter is the same as the 25.4mm handlebar.
2. Observe the specified tightening torque (4 Nm). Maximum torque when clamping the rod: 5 Nm, torque for all screws is 3-5 Nm.
3. Please use a torque wrench for installation. Normal installation will result in a slight dent at the lock position. This is normal and does not affect the strength (excessive torque will cause damage, cannot be used normally, can be locked with anti-slip agent, usually 3.5Nm, does not need the role of anti-slip agent, can be firmly fixed via lock)
4. Apply carbon fiber assembly paste to the 25.4 mm rod to ensure a secure fit with little risk of slipping and evenly tighten to 5Nm in a criss-cross pattern. Be careful not to overtighten the connector.
