Il prodotto arrivato nel pacco postale aperto, il beccuccio fuoriusciva dal pacco, senza confezione di carta, solo in una bustina trasparente. Le uniche istruzioni sono quelle riportate sul corpo dell'apparecchio. Funziona, ma non pulisce a fondo lo spazio interdentale.
