DMBIO Carrot Bread Baking Mix allows you to prepare three variations at the same time. Ideal for savory bread in the evening, crunchy crispbread for snacks or fresh carrot rolls in the morning.
Cooking method
Making bread: Place the dough in a lightly oiled loaf pan (20cm), cover with a towel, and leave to rise at room temperature for 30 minutes. During the rising time, preheat the oven to 190°C for return air or 200°C for top/bottom heat. Once risen, place the loaf pan on the middle rack of the preheated oven and bake for 75 minutes at 190°C with circulating air or 90 minutes at 200°C with top/bottom heat. Carefully remove the baked carrot bread from the baking pan and let cool on a wire rack for about 4 hours.
Storage method
Protect from heat and store in a dry place.
