Product excellent. Joom Customer service very poor. The shippers lost the package and Joom customer support were absolutely hopeless - nobody could trace the package although Joom told me it had been delivered to the USA !!! (I live in the UK). I had meaningless responses to 11 emails so, after nearly 4 weeks, I contacted PayPal to raise an issue. Guess what - an e-bike turns up at the door 2 days later. Joom didn't even have the common courtesy to apologise for the confusion and delay. I don't buy from Joom again.
Bike makes a high-quality impression, good LED lighting with brake light, a lot of power even in difficult terrain, very well packaged, top value for money, highly recommended, fast delivery
