I received the 3 my cats said thank you they are happy with this gift that I gave them because I wanted to change them with their old bowl, however when one of their bowls arrived there was a bottle that was arrived crushed but I put back everything is fine your delivery person should be careful so for that I put 4 stars
The order arrived missing two pieces and the problem is that I was only refunded half the actual price. They make mistakes and in the end we are always the ones who lose out on money. The Japanese are smart. I am not sure to continue shopping on Joom sorry but I am very disappointed and very angry.
I was so looking forward to the cat bowl with water dispenser, but nothing came of the joy. The base where I put the bowl and water bottle was not included. Now what? I can not use.
They should be better packed, a cracked bowl came to me, but fragile things aren't just sent in a bag. Especially that way. As well as order and product I am satisfied. It looks exactly as I imagined.
