Both pieces can be worn apart, and look gorgeous & unique. The price is great if you're on a budget, but I only gave 3⭐️ because of the weird laquer scent, chain feeling and details that foretell the small price. I bought them for content creating resons, and specifically chose this piece because of how pretty the pearls & chains look. For wearing purposes, I'm afraid they will tarnish after a few wears. I was told adding a coat of transparent nail laquer would help preserve them. Size wise - the simple chain goes just right at the base of the neck, leaving the other one (chain & pearl) to come a bit looser, creating that necklace layer effect. It looks BEAUTIFUL as a combo with linen shirts.

Love the necklace, but the string holding the pearls broke as I was trying to take it off. Not strong enough and this was the only time I wore it. Upset Please be advised that this items refund has not been recieved by my bank as of 20th May .( Supposed 17th of may ) thankyou.
