Trunature® Cranberry 650 mg contains 500 mg of a whole cranberry fruit powder and 150 mg of a cranberry fruit extract per capsule. Capsules are standardized to contain 36 mg of cranberry proanthocyanidins (cPACs). Cranberry has been widely studied for urinary tract health benefits.† Results may vary.

SUGGESTED USE:
Take one capsule daily with water at mealtimes. We recommend drinking a full 8-ounce glass of water when taking cranberry capsule and drinking 6-8 glasses of water or other liquids each day.
