[How to use]
*Basic usage
(1) Stand the main unit diagonally so that it does not move, hold the handle firmly, and slowly push out the vegetables that have been cut into pieces that are easy to julienne from the front toward the blade.
(2) You can also use it by placing it on top of a bowl and firmly setting the bowl cutout on the edge.
[Cleaning method]
・When using for the first time, wash thoroughly with dish detergent.
- After use, wash thoroughly with detergent on a soft cloth or sponge, wipe off moisture with a dry cloth, and store in a dry place.
- Applying vegetable oil to the blade will prevent it from rusting.
・Leaving the blade with dirt containing salt or acids or storing it in a humid place may cause rust.
-Can be used in dishwashers and dish dryers. (for home use)
