How to use the product: Step 1: Use the hook bristles on the front to lift the eyelashes from the root to the tip and create a fuller look. Step 2: Use a side hook comb to separate the lashes to add volume and length.
Ingredients: Purified water, behenyl behenate, acrylate copolymer, cetearyl alcohol, stearic acid, palmitic acid, polyC10-30 alkyl acrylate, PVP, VP/eicosyncopolymer, aminomethylpropanediol, phenoxy.
