(1) Take a fingertip of a light to dark color and spread horizontally across the entire eyehall. (2) Take a brush and blur the 'Chokubin Powder N' at the position shown in Figure 2. (3) With the brush upright, draw the medium and dark colors vertically back and forth 2 to 3 times to get the powder into the brush and draw along the shape of the eyebrows.
