Ingredients Per Serving - 1 Tablet:
Vitamin E (as d-alpha tocopheryl) 30 IU
Pycnogenol maritime pine extract (bark) 50 mg
Rosemary (sheet) 50 mg
Other Ingredients: dicalcium phosphate, cellulose, rosemary (sheet), maltodextrin, croscarmellose sodium, stearic acid, hypromellose, silicon dioxide, glycerin

How to use:
Take 1 tablet for every 22-27 kg of body weight for the first week or two.
After that, adjust the intake to 1 tablet for every 45-54 kg of body weight.
