Received in good condition. Haven't used it yet. Cover feels sturdy and is big enough to hold my umbrella and prevent the inside of the bag from getting wet.

Works just as described, but need to be carefull when opening them because the sealing are little fragile. As you can see in picture, it is already ripped.
