Only received 2 pcs. circuit boards similar to those soldered into the battery pack to protect against overcharging. Joom Customer Support claims that the description of the product does not include the batteries. There is no such description of the product in the advertisement. You see for yourself! However, the circuit boards delivered here are available for purchase separately at Joom. Since the circuit boards are included in the battery pack, it is obvious that they belong to the advertised product and no separate sale of such a circuit board. Very disappointing as I have bought other products and received what I ordered. I have ordered this product 3 times and only received 2 pcs. circuit boards instead of the battery pack in the picture. A photo of the circuit boards is not needed as you already have a partial picture of the associated protection circuit in the advertisement. MVH Yngve Stålnacke
