This is little vest is shocking, I made sure I had measured my dog before the order and what turned up was shocking, I don't have a Teddy bear dog that it would have fit lovely, the circumference of the neck size was so tiny it would have strangled my dog. I would never order from this company or order dog clothing from this site again as this is my 2nd order of clothing and the supplier sent me an coat that would fit a real midget dog so I will save my money.
