So the box arrived slightly damaged and the packaging did not offer that much of protection. I expected it to weigh more and be more heavier but it is very light. In the beginning the big roller did not roll very well. After some uses it has gotten easier to use. Overall it's very nice and I am happy with it.
Looks like it's been used poorly made wouldn't recommend as you will be disappointed As you asked again this is a rubbish product I went and brought one that is what its ment to be very poor workmanship
I have this jade stone, right away you can tell its real as if you leave it alone it gets really cold, I have used for a week day and night, with no improvement
