From March 1, 2024, if you bring your sunglasses to a store and have the lenses replaced, you may be charged an additional processing fee of ¥3,300 in addition to the lens price.
Customers who wish to have their lenses replaced at a store should show the store staff the [Product Shipping Email] showing the sunglasses they purchased and the shipping date within 6 months of the product being shipped.There will be no processing fee for the first time, so please be sure to show the staff.
Please note that if 6 months have passed since the product was shipped, or if the [product shipping email] is not presented by the customer, a processing fee of ¥3,300 will be charged in addition to the lens price.
