Cooking method
1. Mix the package contents (135g) with 65ml of dmBio soymilk, 50ml of mineral water, and 10ml of oil using a whisk to create a smooth dough. Alternatively, you can use other plant drinks. 2. Put 10ml (1 tablespoon) of oil in a coated pan (28cm diameter) and add 3 teaspoons of batter per pancake. Cook pancakes over medium heat, 3 to 4 minutes on each side, turning often, until golden brown. 3. Serve pancakes hot with maple syrup.
