It was too small and too long for my torso. I did get it on the biggest sized hooks and wore it for 5 hours but I didn't sweat much extra. When I took it off? I looked bloated rather than contained. I guess I am just the wrong shape for this
I have bought many things here on this page, but I never buy again, I am very disappointed" because nothing I have bought works, they are pure "garbage and nonsense" that you sell, all Chinese.
It smells very strongly of rubber, I washed it first, it'll be put on when it's dry, then I can also say something about the fit, but so far it's well made.
It does make you sweat, but it rolls up, and isn't as stretchy as one would like, the strips are adjustable, but with working out - it's in the way, and doesn't adjust to your body
