The intensity of the EMS current can be selected from 9 levels! If you are a first-time user, please try starting from 1. You can fully experience EMS with 1 to 5. Around 6 to 9 is quite a strong stimulus. Please adjust it to your desired strength.
[4-level heating mode] The electrode pad has a built-in heater that warms your neck.You can change the temperature from 1 to 4 according to your preference. Gradually warms your entire body from the neck down. EMS mode and heat mode can be turned on and off separately, so it can be used in "EMS + heat," "EMS only," and "heat only."

[How to use] Wet a tissue with water and lightly wet the electrode pad before wearing. If you wear it in a dry state, the EMS current may not conduct properly and you may experience a tingling or tingling sensation. Confirm that charging is complete and press and hold the power button to turn it on. Press the power button again to select mode 1, then to EMS stimulation 1. Operate the +- buttons to change the stimulation intensity, and press the power button to select the mode. Press the heating mode button while the power is on to select the intensity. Long press the power button to turn it off. It will also turn off automatically after 20 minutes of use. Please use it for 20 minutes at a time, up to twice a day.
[Charging method] Please charge using the included USB-A to USB-C cable and any AC adapter (not included) or USB charging port. Charging time is 60 minutes and EMS can be used for about 120 minutes (70 minutes when used with heating). The red battery mark flashes while charging, and the red battery mark lights up when charging is complete. The red battery mark does not indicate the remaining power level depending on the remaining power or charge level, so please check whether it is "blinking" or "lit" to confirm whether charging is in progress or complete.
[Precautions for use] This product is intended for ages 18 and over. Do not use this product if you are using a pacemaker or other internal devices. Please follow the usage guidelines (20 minutes at a time x up to twice a day).
Lightly wet the electrode pad with a tissue moistened with water before use. Wear it so that the electrode pad is in contact with your skin.
