Great bike to ride. But unfortunately my motor broke after only 2 months. Support and warranty from Joom is/was terrible but luckily support and warranty from the manufacturer (at least I think they are the ones I've been in contact with) is/was great. They sent me a new motor. The problems didn't end there though, the controller broke but they are about to send me a new one so I hope I will get my otherwise very nice bike up and running as soon as possible. Unfortunately it can't be more than 2 stars as the outage has been far too long. However, the support from the manufacturer (not Joom) is 5 stars.
as expected, the best price in the world for 750W/torque sensor bike. There was a little injury on the frame becuase of shipping...
Fantastic bike especially for the price. Very fast delivery. Very happy with it
